The larger landscape paintings are inspired by being  in nature, from the meres and woodland of the Cheshire country side to the more dramatic scenery of North Wales.

Typically these are 2’ x 2’ and 3’ x 3’ canvases in, predominantly, mixed media combining paint and fabrics.

The smaller paintings are 6″ and 12″ square with the most recent work looking at figures in the landscape and incorporating more man-made features and architectural detail. These are often inspired by stately homes and castles.
